We at Disaster Management for Dummies developed this website to help the average citizen navigate through the world of Disaster Management. With today’s technologies there is no reason for every American to have access to their own recovery efforts. As we enter a new world with new threats we as a nation need to be prepared on all angles. Our nation is in a war that doesn’t have boundaries and has attacked on American soil before.

| Not only has the
terror threat increased but also has the percentages of natural disasters.
As we have seen in
Katrina in 2005 and
Greensburg Kansas in 2007 these two storms have made history. This
site gives you the tools to survive both natural and man-made disasters. We
at DMfD would also like to remind you that incident such as the disasters
mentioned above have produced numerous deaths and caused many destroyed
lives, these events are dangerous. We suggest to not take these events
lightly and to call the proper authorities when they are needed.
